Understanding Healing- emotional Healing Help

Image

What is emotional healing book is a source that leads to peace, happiness, and self-awareness. It hurts because only painful feelings need healing. True happiness doesn't have to be released! But true happiness remains inexpressible as long as the pain can be avoided. The recovery of suppressed pain allows happiness and joy to make a proper entry into our lives. This is because only with self-acceptance can we move forward in life.

Kinds of Pain in emotional healing

The word pain here covers emotions, negative thoughts, and disorders, including grief, loneliness, hurt, fear, anger, guilt, judgment, betrayal, hatred, jealousy, envy, etc. On some level, we enjoy suffering. It's evident because otherwise, we wouldn't be like this. After all, don't most of us consider ourselves knowledgeable, thoughtful, in control, and aware? I face the same scenario and problem over and over again. It's like locking yourself in your prison of suffering, throwing away the key, and complaining that you couldn't open the door. Yet the key is always in our pockets for emotional healing. You might say this is a harsh approach, but it may seem so on the surface. The point is not to eliminate suffering but to accept that it is a part of life. A spade is called a spade. And not a lawmaker.

When we lose connection to our emotional centers, we may not even realize our true feelings because denial becomes the new reality during this repression process. It is a painful game to play with ourselves; if we are honest, we can feel this dichotomy, fragmentation, and internal conflict. We may have a subtle sense that we have not become human. More than we used to be, or that life has become more complicated than we expected, or that the happiness we had hoped for is not manifesting itself.

Support in Emotional healing

Most of us have felt from the past, most of them from childhood. It isn't easy to express these feelings, given our society. From a young age, we learn to keep them hidden within us because everyone else is doing what others are looking at. We see that emotional healing help try to suppress their emotions and be in control all the time. When we see our closest loved ones withholding feelings from us, we tend to inhibit their expressions of love – which can lead to severe codependency problems. It doesn't change quickly when you pick it up, but it becomes more and more established. Old age does not give intelligence by itself! Or, as children, we let our feelings out, but we get hurt in the process, so we decide to hide our senses on an unconscious level for fear of being hurt again. It is possible and is an aspect of the current human condition. But this is not the way to joy and peace. Because pain cannot be removed by suppressing it, and happiness cannot be achieved by pretense.

Over time, we trust our cover-ups, believe we are "fine," and profess self-control. When you feel your true feelings, watch a moving movie, are impressed by someone's kind act, or go through a traumatic experience in your life, you can express your true feelings. You can let it unfold for a while. But we can't fully describe it right now. Pure Emotional Magichelps we provide the source of emotional healing.
